Customer, “You,” or “Yours” refers to you and/or any individual placing an order on your behalf with Donahue Publishing.

Company, “We,” or “Our” refers to Donahue Publishing.

Product refers to all services and goods offered by Donahue Publishing to the Customer in accordance with their Order.

Order refers to a request placed by the Customer, either by telephone, email, or web form, to acquire services or products from Donahue Publishing.

Services

Donahue Publishing provides a range of services, including book writing, editing, publishing, marketing, and authorized SMS communication services related to publishing updates, promotions, and customer support.

Revision Policy

Depending on the service package selected, revisions may be included. Customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions provided the changes are consistent with the original order details.

If new or altered requirements are introduced, additional fees may apply.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind

Incompetent Delivery

Errors during the requirement analysis phase may qualify for a refund after offering revisions and team reassignment (up to three times).

Late Delivery

Standard turnaround time is 10–15 business days per deliverable. If three consecutive delivery deadlines are missed without client fault, a refund will be considered.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds must be requested before final project delivery and sign-off.

Non-Issuance of Refunds

Minor issues such as grammatical errors, slight delays, or formatting preferences will not qualify for full refunds.

Intellectual Property Rights

By placing an order, you confirm that you possess all necessary rights and licenses to use the content you submit. Donahue Publishing is not responsible for any unauthorized use or infringement by the Customer.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. Donahue Publishing will not disclose any project-related information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
